Broad Legal Perspective with Attorney Evan Weiner
Sometimes a legal matter requires someone with a broad legal perspective. Evan Weiner is an ideal bridge between the business law practice of John Neve and the criminal defense practice Tim Webb. Mr. Weiner uniquely pairs strong trial advocacy skills and the detail-oriented doggedness to find the best path forward in complex, document-intensive cases. Beyond his own legal practice, Evan also often provides insight and strategic support to John and Tim with larger cases.
Having practiced law with NEVE WEBB since 2008, Evan has extensive experience representing clients in civil disputes, particularly those related to contracts, real estate, and other business issues. His practice also includes white-collar and regulatory defense, assisting clients who are facing investigation or charges by a government agency.
Mr. Weiner has successfully represented clients in all phases of the legal process, from early settlement negotiations all the way through trial and appeal.
